It is generally considered impolite to linger in the hallways of other people's homes without a specific reason. Hallways are typically meant for passage and not for lingering, as it can make the homeowners feel uncomfortable or intruded upon. If you need to wait for someone or have a conversation, it is better to do so in a designated living area or ask for permission to stay in the hallway. Respecting the privacy and space of others is important when visiting someone else's home. **

To address the issue of neighbors blocking common areas and hallways with bulky waste, a community meeting could be organized to discuss the problem and come up with a solution together. Residents could be reminded of the rules regarding waste disposal and encouraged to be considerate of others. Additionally, a designated area for bulky waste disposal could be set up to prevent further blockages in common areas. Regular reminders and monitoring may also help to ensure compliance with waste disposal guidelines. **
